your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of supply.

in respect of orders delivered to you using one of our third party couriers, then:

SECTION A:  All risk of loss or damage to the products in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises. we (Josliwigs) are not liable for any errors made by these services.

SECTION B:  This service does not provide insurance, and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation/acceptance of our terms of supply.

SECTION C: If you are an international customer, you are also agreeing that you understand some countries have import restrictions on certain goods or materials. after dispatch from our facilities, transfer of liability shifts to you, therefore you will become the importer and will be liable to pay local taxes or duties, furthermore assuming all liability under any customs or import laws and regulations.



All orders going out of Spain to all Europe countries and all other countries are sent via DHL  or ZELERIS.

Shipping via these companies takes from 3 to 7 days to arrive due to the pandemic situation. 

Here at Josliwigs we aim for the highest standards in our products and services and we know nobody likes to wait. So we do everything we can to deliver your wig as soon as possible and ensure that all units are in excellent condition. 

However if you receive a unit with fault we are happy to exchange it for you.

Refunds/ exchange can be made only if the wig is not customize and after the product has been inspected  and confirmed that the article has not been altered or used.

In case the returned article has been modified by color or trimmed, Josliwigs will not be liable for any damage caused to the product and if we receive a modified product from you, we will return the product back to you.

You must comply with the following conditions if there is a defect with your product by contacting our customer service teams josliwigs@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

The wig must be in its original condition, neither washed nor cut or altered of any kind. We won't accept any wig with the lace cut if it hasn't been cut by us. A detailed photograph or video showing that the product is in its original condition will be required before it is allowed to be returned.

All refunds will be made with the same form of payment used for the purchase of the products. Please Leave 7 days after we have received the returned items to refund it on your payment method.

It is essential that we receive all details of the refund previously to process your application as soon as possible. Once we have received all of this information to our customer support we will proceed to send a replacement or refund within 10 working days (Refunds only applies to non-customized wig ) please be sure to indicate in your email the option you prefer.

Returns that does not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be return back to the customer.

 Please contact our Customer service team if there is any issue or fault prior to sending the unit back so we can advise you on how to return the unit to us.
